2-3 day conducted estate sale

tables and tablecloths will be brought in to help organize the sale

Professional interior signage: directional, informational & safety

Advertising & promotion of the sale including website posting with photos, weekly emails to approximately 94,000 subscribers, personal alerts, social media & professional outdoor signage.

Obtaining proper permits

We Do Estate Sales ALL YEAR LONG even in Winter!

Our fee starts at 30% and a $500 set up fee for a standard home. We work with standard homes,  hoarder home and everything in between. All fees will be discussed during interview process once we have seen the property. 

We offer a $100 discount off our set up fee for all veterans, senior citizens and AARP members

We provide an itemized list of all items sold over $25 this is provided at time of payment.

Clean out services are available at a separate cost. 

We provide the initial contact to have a local charity come by and remove remaining items at NO COST TO YOU. (Currently due to Covid most charities are not picking up donations)

We can also provide junk removal companies if items are not donatable, however these companies will charge you a fee for junk removal.
