We handle estates of all sizes and situations—from the average home to properties filled with years of carefully collected and cherished belongings. As well as luxury homes with high value contents. Our experience includes cluttered and overfilled homes, as well as hoarding situations, all approached with discretion and respect.

We also serve multiple property tyoes, including farms, barns, storage units returned to the home, and businesses that are closing or liquidating. No matter the scope or complexity, we provide organized, professional solutions tailored to each unique estate.

We begin with a FREE consultation. One of our experienced team members will visit the property, conduct a walkthrough, and provide an honest, expert assessment to determine the best approach for a successful estate sale.

We handle every step of the process, including organizing, staging, decluttering, pricing, and selling the contents of the estate. You can relax knowing that everything is being managed professionally and with care. We are with you from beginning to end.

All antiques, collectibles, jewelry, coins, vehicles, and fine art are carefully researched and/or appraised by our knowledgeable staff to ensure optimal pricing and the highest possible return.

Our services include:

• A professionally conducted 2–3 day estate sale more if needed
   
• Organizing and displaying household contents for sale
   
• Researching, inspecting, and evaluating each item
   
• Providing tables and tablecloths to properly organize and present items
   
• Professional interior signage, including directional, informational, and safety signs

• If your home has been sold, we are happy to work directly with the buyers to accommodate the purchase of any items they wish to purchase from the home.
   
• Comprehensive advertising and promotion, including:
   
  • Website listings with photos
     
  • Weekly email marketing to approximately 94,000 subscribers
     
  • Personal alerts and social media promotion
     
  • Professional outdoor signage
     
• Obtaining all required permits
   

We conduct estate sales year-round — even during the winter months.

Our fee begins at 30%, along with a $500 setup fee for a standard home. We work with standard homes, hoarding situations, and everything in between. All fees are fully discussed during the consultation process after we have viewed the property, ensuring complete transparency.

We are proud to offer a $100 discount on the setup fee for veterans, senior citizens, and AARP members.

At the time of payment, you will receive an itemized list of all items sold over $25, items under $25 will be listed under MISC. providing clear documentation of the sale.

Clean-out services are also available for clients who need assistance after the sale is complete.

We work closely with our preferred clean-out partner of over 20 years, AAA Cleanout. They provide a free estimate for clearing the entire home, including attics, crawl spaces, and garages. Clean-out services begin at $585 per truckload.

Whenever possible, items are donated to local veteran organizations, and appropriate tax documentation is provided. We coordinate and schedule this service for you to ensure a seamless process.

In addition, we also offer in-house clean-out services, which include providing a dumpster and an hourly rate for our experienced staff members.
