We begin with a FREE consultation. One of our experienced team members will visit the property, conduct a walkthrough, and provide an honest, expert assessment to determine the best approach for a successful estate sale.

We conduct estate sales year-round — even during the winter months.
Our fee begins at 30%, along with a $500 setup fee for a standard home. We work with standard homes, hoarding situations, and everything in between. All fees are fully discussed during the consultation process after we have viewed the property, ensuring complete transparency.
We are proud to offer a $100 discount on the setup fee for veterans, senior citizens, and AARP members.
At the time of payment, you will receive an itemized list of all items sold over $25, items under $25 will be listed under MISC. providing clear documentation of the sale.
Clean-out services are also available for clients who need assistance after the sale is complete.
We work closely with our preferred clean-out partner of over 20 years, AAA Cleanout. They provide a free estimate for clearing the entire home, including attics, crawl spaces, and garages. Clean-out services begin at $585 per truckload.
Whenever possible, items are donated to local veteran organizations, and appropriate tax documentation is provided. We coordinate and schedule this service for you to ensure a seamless process.
In addition, we also offer in-house clean-out services, which include providing a dumpster and an hourly rate for our experienced staff members.
